Missy is a multi-talented force of creativity and inspiration. As the founder of Blush, she’s a sketch comedian, children’s author, writer, motivational speaker, and currently serves as the Women’s and Married Life Pastor at Bayside Adventure.

Missy brings her powerful messages to life using drama, vivid illustrations, and media. With her unique blend of humor, vulnerability, and authenticity, she has a rare gift for making audiences laugh, cry, and feel deeply inspired—all in the same session.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Missy is a proud mom of four. Her "side hustles" include roles like Uber driver (to her kids), family chef, referee, cheerleader, lifeguard, nurse, and teacher—all fueled by her well-documented coffee addiction.

For over 20 years, Missy has traveled across the country, delighting audiences with her unforgettable humor and heartfelt stories. Whether she’s inspiring through her life’s triumphs, struggles, or embarrassing moments, Missy creates a connection that leaves people uplifted, joyful, and ready to take on life’s challenges.

Dorie has been speaking and performing stand-up comedy since 2006 for audiences coast-to-coast and around the globe. Her heart is to bring joy and remind women of the hope they have in God’s faithfulness.

Dorie travels with comedian/speaker Michael Jr., Sisters United Ministries and The Unknown Tour in addition to the carpool line at two different schools.
She is also a frequent co-host on podcasts and talk shows such as: Michael Jr.’s Funny How Life Works, Thrive Women, Rhonda Corey’s Talk is Cheap show, Laugh Support, the Reverend & the Reprobate, and she talks to herself daily in the shower.
She is the author of the bestselling women’s devotional, “Hope Looks Good on You! A Comedian’s Joy-inducing Daily Devotional for Women.” She has partnered with Unlocked Ministries to get her book into their boxes of hope delivered to women in prisons and to women in group homes who have been victims of domestic violence and sex trafficking.
